I was wondering if somebody could help me answer this?
I have a rough idea i am just wanting a in-depth explanation!

WRONG. Data redundancy occurs in the item field since video camera and multimedia projector is repeated. Normalising should be easy. Draw it out into 3 tables one for items one for loans and one for borrower. Stick in some primary keys, draw relationships one to many many to once etc and then put in foregin keys. The report layout needs the data organised into columns for the fields, a heading, page number, date and footer. You could also include a border.

Actually the data redundancy in this situation is Item and Item Number.

Yeh, that's what I thought at first too. I answered that by saying that item and item number serve the same purpose. But the model answer I was given was the repeat of those things I mentioned.before
