Also, when the top 10 units are used for calculating the ATAR, is English always included because it's compulsary?

school rank?
without that school rank (guessing your school rank is around 150ish) i'd say low 80s.
your english is pulling you down, work on that then maybe 85 ATAR which you can do easily
