Hi.
Over the coming holidays, should I do the exercises from Cambridge Mathematics? Is it worth doing the questions? How long would it take to finish most of the exercises? I have both the Year 11 and Year 12 one. In class, we only used the horrible textbook by Johns and Couchman.
Thank you.

Hi
it depends on your skill and what you already know. For eg. if your are good at maths and can understand the 2 unit concepts clearly without any problems, then do cambridge because it builds up on the skills with very complicated questions. Beware: cambridge is very intricate however will still support you alot in hsc if you continue revising. If your in year 11, then do the book now, if in year 10, then wait till year 11 holidays. Till then do the other books that are not as hard so you can build up to harder questions which you will find in cambridge. +1 if you like this ansswer.

Not necessary, but good to do some revision or get a head start if you're looking to do well.
