As for where to do it, https://connect.newcastle.edu.au/enrol/index.cfm
As for by when, you're guess is as good as mine
As for what is involved, its basically an online version of the HECS form we filled out at the start of the year, confirming details and whatnot, and subject selection...according to the site, should take 20-30 min (from memory), but the server was chucking the shits when I did it.
Thanks for that:).

I used to live in Ourimbah, up the road from the uni. It'll all new and out in the middle of the sticks pretty much. There arent a lot of shops around but its not far from the beach. And if you dont get any on campus accommodation, you'd probably have to travel. Its just off the freeway, opposite a farm, at the base of the mountain.

Ourimbah

Im going to Ourimbah this year, and I when down and had a look after i got accepted- its a beautiful campus, is so much smaller than Callaghan;
Its just off the Pacific Hwy and set on bushland with a pond like thing and within walking distance to public transport.
And in the town of Ourimbah, theres a pub. What more could one need?
