try the centrelink website on www.centrelink.gov.au
the NSW Dep. of Education & Training's Disability Community Consultative Committee https://www.det.nsw.edu.au/communityed/disabilityacces/dccc03comptor.htm <-- lists the different organisations for ppl with disabilities.

schools also provide services for students with disabilities. (e.g. wheelchair lifts, special ed teachers and classes.) u may want to chat with ur school counsellor. they usu. know heaps of info about students with disabilities.

oh and theres also community organisations established for ppl with disabilities (e.g. Meals on Wheels, Home Care services)
