Buying textbooks! (1 Viewer)

Just wondering if anyone who is starting university this year has bought any textbooks or if anyone recommends buying them before the course starts?? Thanks.

I will only buy Session 1 textbooks for now. And yes we should buy them before we start class.
I only have to buy 2 textbooks for my first session 2015. But one of the books costs $160!

May be a stupid question, but where do we find what textbooks we need?

Ive bought my books.
You can buy them on campus at the coop bookshop. You can also order online from their website.

The books and readings you need should eventually be on your ilearn page, but you can also do search on the coop bookshop website for what you may need.

Joining the coop will save you money if buying new. You can also order online and get them delivered or pick up


Every year there is big queues the first few weeks as people but books, so going early saves you the hassle and also stops any chance of them selling our and needing to be ordered in during the first weeks of class.
