Anyone for GMN104 and GMN295?

I know 104's a massive pack with a workbook -- if anyone has any of the parts, I'd definitely think of buying them.

As for 295, I know they're basically notes + the massive dictionary. I don't feel like forking out for the dictionary, so if someone wants to liberate themselves of it (/and the notes), I'd pay reasonably well.
