1. Identify and explain in detail all suitable and relevant internal and external stakeholder groups who could influence this business (florist) and the goals it tries to achieve.
2. Identify and explain in detail all suitable and relevant financial, social and personal goals for this business(florist).

The textbook is very helpful for this.
However, it is importnat to state the theory and then apply it to the question.
E.g. external stakeholder: Customers/consumers (explain theory)
Apply to theory e.g. Young people (valentines day)
