He is the President of the US.
If that isn't enough...
Even if he is only a figurehead of sorts (as implied by some sbs feature that dealt with Bush's success within the oil industry, but I cannot remember the title and/or the date it was televised), he cannot be stupid if he is leading that country...

This is what scares me most. The fact that he IS in power.

But one only needs to listen to what he sais to realise he has very little clue about anything. The man has done uncountable stupid things.

I realy would like to meet him and just give him a quick test.

I challenge you to give me ten of these uncountable stupid things, with proof. If they are uncountable it shouldnt be hard finding ten...

...once again, just because someone has different beliefs to you doesn't make them dumb.
Einstein was fairly christian, does that mean that the christian faith is right? No, does it mean that he's dumb? No.

Im not the one to judge someones intellect by what UAI they get, and to think that i am good enough to judge what they 'would have gotten' had they done their exam in australia which in itself is stupid.

I asked you not to reply because i wanted to save you embarrasing yourself from realising your ignorance.

You go get 99.95 at Ruse, flash your 99 uai infront of me and watch me CARE

No, you judge someone's intellect from what other people tell you to think. Who's dumber?

and to think that i am good enough to judge what they 'would have gotten' had they done their exam in australia which in itself is stupid.
Relevance?

I don't judge people based solely on their uai.. but when i find out someone got below 30 or something I wonder what happened, if they even tried.. .etc

UAI is about effort. A lot of people don't care because they don't need to. I go to a selective school but 1/2 my schools gets early entry to UOW so they completely stop trying.

This makes them smart, however, because they aimed low and got exactly what they wanted without trying :p

Of course, when I get my uai, provided it's over 95, I will be extremely hypocritical.

You don't realy think he isn't stupid?

There is a book written all about stupid things he has said, let me go find a link to it.

Edit: Sorry there are like 5 books easily found on Amazon about it.

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/search-handle-form/002-1509365-2123233

So you don't actually KNOW for sure he's done uncountable stupid things, but know of a book that ALLEGES he has done accountable stupid things.

good one :(

"I know the human being and fish can coexist peacefully."

"Families is where our nation finds hope, where wings take dream."

"We'll let our friends be the peacekeepers and the great country called America will be the pacemakers."

"It's clearly a budget. It's got a lot of numbers in it."

"I know how hard it is for you to put food on your family."

"I do know I'm ready for the job [the presidency].
And if not, that's just the way it goes."

One of my favourites is:
"Most of our imports come from overseas"

There is a sayingon Maddox, "Bush: Making political satirists obsolete since 2000"

How can you assume that i judge someones intellect by what other people tell me ? i know that bush is a dumbshit and so do many others, what anyone tells me wont make a difference especially whatever his IQ or "Predicit uai from a ruser" is.

what i said about the 99 uai wasn't regarding what you said to thorny, i was stating the fact that no matter how high your uai is, you still are clueless

alot of those seem like metaphors and you also need to know the context...
Indeed context is very important for most of them. Though in some the context is irrelevant, he would sound foolish regardless of any imaginable context.
Some also could be explained by saying he made a mistake while speaking, which is human, but the mount of mistakes he has made, the fact that he created his own "ism" with his apparent stupidity (Bushism), and that there are 5 books dedicated to the matter is quite telling.

In fact i would say in most context is irrelevant. I'd like to see him explain this:
"I know the human being and fish can coexist peacefully."

"I know that the human being and the fish can coexist."
On Friday, 29 September 2000, Governor Bush was on the stump in Saginaw, Michigan, and deviated from his prepared speech to reassure the business community that he would not support the tearing down of energy-producing dams merely to protect threatened fish species, an issue he had recently covered while campaigning in the Pacific Northwest:

. . . on Friday, feeling the need to explain his statement during a speech on energy policy that he intended to maintain dams in the Pacific Northwest, he departed from his text and added, "I know the human being and fish can coexist peacefully." He did not elaborate.7

Then why include them as 'stupid' quotes that he has said?
When most of the 'stupid' quotes are metaphors, or taken out of context, or slip ups i don't think that proves to me that he's very stupid.
All it's telling me is that you're a truth manipulator like him.

Spoken like a true under achiever, always happy to call other people morons but has to ask people not to reply to his post :p
excuse me, but how does changing my post and arguing the changed post constitute as anything but .. weird. it doesn't even make sense dude. im not an underachiever, and i didn't call anyone a moron, and i didn't imply that you couldn't reply to my post, where the gronk are you getting this from.

besides, this is ridiculous talking about what bush's IQ is..who cares. the underlying point is the amount of damage he has blown to his country's deficit in funds and economy, and his tit-for-tat attitude to the Iraq war (you blow my country up i blow yours up x 10 000)

So you believe we should have an 'eye for an eye' type justice system when it comes to things like this? lol

We're not talking about his mistakes, we're talking about his intelligence, and it would seem that alot of people are simply claiming him as dumb that don't agree with him...
That's just stupid, if you misjudge people like that.. you're setting yourself up for disappointment.
