Does this apply to the highest preference or the highest eligible preference. For instance:
1. Comm (lib studies) -98 atar in 2015
2. Comm - 95 atar

I received an ATAR of 95.15. Assuming I preference lib studies over commerce and I miss out, will I still be considered for eas for commerce if the cutoff increased to say 95.50?

Why Com Lib Studies? It's literally just an extra year. Can't you do arts/science electives in a straight BCom at USYD?
