It has been released on DVD. I was in Target yesterday and saw the MA and R versions there on sale

I thought this movie was hilarious, but I found Borat funnier.

No I didn't look away at the dick bit and I was in tears of laughter. I think Sacha wouldn't offend so many people if he wasn't so crude. Then maybe more people will like/watch his movies.

According to Wikipedia, the fashion show/velcro suit part was totally not staged and they got in using fake ID's xP

Oh, God.
I watched the Uncut version, that didn't make it to Australian cinemas.
