na, actually i usually just need like 15 mins to get ready. :D
It takes me like 30 minutes:

1-5 minutes (after alarm rings)
Sleep some more
5-10 minutes, gobble down a bowl of weetbix, milk, protein whey (I usually do it so fast that I end up getting sick on the bus)
10-20 minutes, shower
20-30 minutes, pack lunch, stuff, remember that I forgot something etc... heave my heavy arse like a slob to the bus stop, and usually finding out that I just missed it.

umm yeah, ur suppose to do the prepatory excersices before 'tute-tor-rolls'

and then, whatever is left after ur tute, you do at home i.e. further exercises and the excercises after the explanation.

I'm also confused. I better not turn up to tutorial tomorrow, and find out that everyone else already has their neatly laid out tutorial work on the table completed, ready for checking by the lecturer.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day my friend, the meal to kickstart your important physiological functions such as your metabolic rate, and a great opportunity to pack in the protein and complex carbohydrates for sustained energy, and insulin regulation. I never skip breakfast. (Okay fine I do very very occasionally.. but don't tell anyone :O)

ok winston, if u actually pick up ur pink vecotrs books and flick to the back, all the tute question sheets are at the back.

go to the week one tute sheet

and read the instructions

it says 'do the prepatory questions before the tute' and thats it
then you do the middle part of the paper in class
then you do the latter part as well as the exercises when u get home... get it?
