For those of you who don't know what it is, it's when you change your sleep cycle so that you have less sleep each day but still feel alert and awake e.g. In Biphasic sleep cycles you take a 4.5hr core sleep and a 90min nap each day.. Which is 6hrs compared to the recommended 9. In the most hardcore one you take 20min naps all throughout the day, and in total you get like 3hrs of sleep lol.
Has anyone tried it? Or is doing it? I did it for a few months last year but I found it hard taking naps during winter.. Thinking of maybe starting again.
