im doing ees and bio and bio is 100% the harder science (but then again my memory is awful)
its just way more dull as well, from what we've done so far at least

I find the memorisation way harder as it takes much more effort, as a result I'm way better at chemistry which requires less study for me. (72% in bio prelims vs 90% in chem)

Bio is easier, chem and phsyics are concept based. Everyones different though, but in my experience even though bio sometimes took more of my time it was easier to get better marks in since it was all memorisation, for chem and physic tests you have to apply your knowledge more into the question, bios just draining.
