Well actually...

...They say that not everyone gets full marks that gets a nomination, but I was nominated, and everyone I spoke to, including the people that select the pieces, said that only full mark pieces get nominated for onstage.

Although I think if it's a group piece and for some reason one group member got, say, 29 instead of 30, that would be considered.

But Loza is right, despite how bitter she may sound. Onstage is pretty shit. It's unneccessarily competitive, politically swayed and tame. The REAL drama pieces are often overlooked because of content constraints.

I'm a little scared that I've stuffed up by using the grandmother's song from The Witches as a basis for an adapted monologue. It's popular, it's well known, it's risky. I've decided to use very few props, but I'm also confused as to how I will do stage makeup to not look like a baby faced grandmother on the day while also being able to wash it off (or put it on) in the 10 minutes between IP and GP.
