who said RATM are making a new album? if they do i would be about pessimistic. I dont want them to get back together and make a shit album with repetitive heavy riffs.

they are doing a couple of festivals and only one known non-festival concert is set.... and thats with queens of the stone age, nothings been said about a new album........sorry!!!!!!!

My guesses for BDO '08 ......The Smashing Pumpkins,Queens of The Stone Age,and i'm really hoping Bjork, since she has also recently released 'Volta'...And performed at the Glastenbury Festival.(UK).....Has also been quoted in a recent interview as saying she's hoping to return to Australia early next year.....She was here '94 BDO along with the Pumpkins!Another possibility is Serge from System Of A Down,considering his solo album release....The White Stripes also have a new one out,but they did '05..or...'06...??Then theres Foo Fighters....I'd like RATM....but i highly doubt that one!!!

really hoping pumpkins, radiohead, arcade fire, CSS and QOTSA play. that would be one of the best lineups ever.

I think QOTSA are a plausable option for filling the role of one of the major bands that could play - they came after the release of Songs For The Deaf a couple years ago so they are overdue to come play again! = P

Foo Fighters are definitely coming to tour in January for their new album, so I think they'll headline.
