if the timetable for few days are packed so tightly, isn't that worse than a timetable where all lectures and tutorials are distributed evenly?
if you have few longer days and enjoy the free time, i guess it can be nice, but i think it would be better if it is distributed nicely.

Well I couldn't really help it, all my lectures were automatically allocated on those 3 days, and most of the options for my tutes were on those days as well. I could have chosen Thursday for one tute but there isn't much point going to uni for only one hour.

This is my timetable for this semester, its actually quite okay....but Tuesdays will suck!

Monday: 8:00am-10:00am and then 11:00am-12:00pm
Tuesday: 12:00pm-2:00pm, 4:00pm-6:00pm & 6:00pm-8:00pm
Thursday: 9:00am-10:00am, 11:00am-12:00pm & 1:00pm-3:00pm

So I have Wednesday's & Friday's off!

I can imagine what time I'll get home after that 8:00pm lecture on Tuesday nights! :( What a marathon! lol

Best timetable is monday and fridays off. I've never had to go to uni on friday or monday. This will be my first semester at uni where i have to go on a monday, but i do get thursday and friday off this semester, so i still get my 4 day weekend.

im definitely not a morning person, so i've placed all my sessions in the arvo/evening from mon-thu with a cool friday off (long weekend =D).

i also have an hour break inbetween for lunch/rest which i think i will need

looking good, thanks guys.

Sem 1

LAW438 - 16-20 Feb 9-5 at a work placement

Monday
9-11 - LAW521 - Lecture
11-1 LAW521 - Tutorial

Tuesday
9-11 - LAW405 - Lecture
11-1 - LAW405 - Tute
6-8 - LAW438 -Tute

Sem 2

Tuesday
12 - 2 - LAW415 - Lecture
2 - 4 - LAW500 - Lecture
4 - 6 - LAW500 - Tutorial

Friday
9- 11 - LAW415 - Tutorial
12-2 - LAW406 - Lecture
2 - 4 - LAW406 - Tutorial

First time ever I have had only two days at uni, the most I have had is three. I have done 4 hours straight but never 6...but keep in mind lectures finish a bit early and start a bit late so I get a little break plus I wouldn't want to go in for 2 hrs in one day

Wonder how long it takes these first years (me not included...) to learn that the lectures are usually a waste of time, and that you learn everything in the tutes + reading?

hi guys, i just wanna know what you guys think about my timetable this sem..

Monday
9:00-11:00-> Perspectives on Law Sem1
11:30-1:00-> Criminal Law Lec1
3:30-5:00-> Legal Method and Research Sem1

Wednesday
9:00-11:00-> Pespectives on Law Sem2
11:00-12:30-> Criminal Law Lec2
1:00-2:00-> Criminal Law Tut1
3:30-5:00-> Legal Method and Research Sem1

I have 3 subjects this sem.. and I started out with a 4-day timetable with friday off, and only one seminar on the tuesday, and i changed it to this because better slots for sessions opened up earlier today.. So what do you guys think? Is this good? or is it too cramped?

I definately do not have the best timetable. Not neccessarily the worst, but far from the best.

Mon: 11.30-2.30
Tues: 8.30-9.30, then 1-3.30
Wed: 8.30-11.30
Thurs: 8.30-10.30

Unfortunately, all of those 8.30 starts are lectures with only one time option. I'm either going to have to start liking early rises or avoid those lectures.
