Best bio textbook hsc please help (1 Viewer)

Hi.

Although this is my own opinion, i have also heard many others say Biology in Focus. The textbook is well-structured and thoroughly covers all the content concisely.

I do like Biology in Focus, however it contains a lot of information not required by the syllabus. Always be sure to check with the teacher.

I use a range of textbooks.

I've only used Excel and Macquarie, and i find that Excel is way better for revising and making sure you can remember and recall the content and cleaner layout, whilst Mac is generally better with its info. Although i have heard good things about Bio in Focus, i just wasn't able to get my hands on it.

I have the Oxford, Heinemann, Excel, Macquarie and Dot Point HSC Biology. They all have their pros and cons, and are useful for different purposes - that's why I have so many. It's really whichever suits you best I guess.
