Basser or Village? (1 Viewer)

Hey guys just wondering which college at UNSW you would say is better? Like in terms of accomodation, social life etc. Thankyou!

Oh really.. Why would you say that? I had an interview with Basser but I'm not sure if I want to go there because of the whole merging with the other colleges thing..

Merging with other colleges? Wasn't aware of anything like that. There's inter-college activities and parties and stuff, but no actual merging :S. The village isn't a residential college either, it's just accommodation.

I have a friend who resided at the Village, she said it was pretty awesome - but she couldn't get any study done...

Pretty sure village is a rip off.
Great social life at Basser.

What are you suppose to wear? like suit and tie/collared shirt/casual?

Definitely Basser! I just accepted my place there for next year, provided I get into med!

The interviews were done over skype, I'm from interstate but the email made it sound like everyone was doing them by video call to make things easier!
