bah!!! apple users help me? (1 Viewer)

so, my effing friend used my laptop (macbook pro) on thursday night and to piss me off he changed the settings somehow so that everything you click speaks to you about what you are doing... AND I HAVE NO EFFING IDEA HOW TO GET IT OFF!! (asked him how to get it off too, he can't remember, just said he changed some settings to make it for hearing impaired).
I have tried going through System Preferences but i can't find how to change it anywhere.


this is really REALLY annoying me please help me fix it?

lol I remember doing this to all the macs at school in yr 12. We didnt know how to reverse it and neither did the teacher. Its annoying as fuck!

yeah it is really fucking annoying. haha all i ever hear is 'capslock on, off' blah blah. everytime i open any application it says it. reads letters.. AHHHH its like avoice in my head but more annoying.

Turn the sound off? At least that would stop it until you find a fix.

Other then that no idea, don't own a Mac.

Go to system preferences, universal access, then "Voiceover off."

Or just press Apple-F5
