Hi I'm starting uni this year and I was wondering whether having back to back lectures/tutes/pracs will be ok even if they're in different buildings? Would I have enough time to get there? Thanks

Yep, lectures and tutes almost always end a bit early and tutors/lecturers expect people to be coming in a little late. There will probably be people with similar timetables to you in the exact same position too.

yeh its always fine, they usually start late and end early anyway
