Hi, im trying to enrol into b. of science
however, im not too sure what im supposed to enrol into
i want to major in psych

i found this page, however im not too sure with the
'‘Science’ courses so that the major +
‘Science’ electives = 96 UoC"
and
the general education bit

Hi!

So if you want to major in psychology, you need to take the PSYC1001 course (which is PSYCHOLOGY 1A) in semester 1, and PSYC1011 (which is PSYCHOLOGY 1B) in semester 2.

The rest of the psych courses shown on the left are actually for the following years of the duration of your b. science.

General education courses are courses that CANNOT be science courses. So you can choose to do ANY OTHER COURSES other than science, maybe like a language or whatever you may be interested in.

UoC = Units of credit. 1 course = 6 credits of unit.

What the 96 UoC is saying that you need to do a total of 96 credits worth of science courses in order to complete your b. sci with psych as your major.

so i need to pick 4 science courses? and 2 general education courses?
