Under program offers I was given a choice of either B commerce or B advanced mathematics (something like that), I clicked B commerce. Was I meant to do that?

You're doing Adv Maths, you need to take SCIF1121. You have to unenrol in one of your Commerce courses.

Plus, if you selected 'Commerce' on the page - you have to re-enrol again becase you're doing Commerce, not Comm/Adv Maths.
