Hey, i know there have been a couple of threads regarding property eco but they havent gone any where. Is there anyone interested in one of these courses or know much about them. Which one is better etc.

I am currently studying Property Economics at UTS and HATE it. Here is some information I know about the course though:

• Cut-off for UTS is 86.00 (quite high) versus UWS 60.00
• Unflexible time table 3 hour lectures with NO tutorials besides Accoutning & Management
• Inexperienced lecturers some of them even lecture at TAFE
• Very well recognised though by the API etc
• 50% Business subjects combined with 50% Property 1st semester
• 1st semester you study Business, Accounting, Introduction To Property and Property Management
