I wonder if the runner-up will be more successful this year? I mean, Anthony Callea and Shannon Noll were both runner-up's, and they are just as successful as the winners of their season. So based on this theory, I want Matt to be the runner-up.

I was very disappointed that Matt didn't win. Talk about a major anti-climax.

i think he will do well regardless. i was shocked too since he was the runaway favourite...but the runners up still find success anyway. nat is cool as well so its not like matt deserved to win it more than her..it could have gone to any of them.

i agree, hopefull she doesnt turn out like casey donavan though - that would be tragic (I'm commenting on her music btw).

my favourite was ben. all the way. it was great to see someone like mark on there too (classic rock is awsome, and go the chevelet t-shirt!!!!!) Matt and nat were both awsome, but y did the best leave early?
