Hello good people of Earth!
Just to let you know (I'm sure most, if not all don't /care/), in addition to GMN104 (Introductory German I) being offered this semester, this is also another general beginner's unit, GMN190.
The unit will cover a lot of conversational and general aspects of the German language. It's aimed at students who have a general interest in German, who want to go to Germany, or who simply want to augment their beginner's course (GMN104) with another, more practical course.
The problem at the moment is that it's a small class and looking to be cancelled - the basic problem is that it's very new and hasn't been advertised properly. Basically, there only needs to be a two or three more students enrolled, and the course will run.
It's 3 credit points, and is only two contact hours! Yay. The assessments look flexible and practical, and the teacher is great.
It looks like it'll be a lot of fun, so definitely do it if you're beginning your studies German, or if you just want to give it a try.
