can anyone estimate my atar:

my class ranks-

english adv- 6/12

physics- 2/45

chem- 1/45

3 unit- 2/35

4 unit- 1/3

Now, instead taking my school ranking into account, can you use my average raw mark of 2011 and 2010 hsc papers that i did in practice and exact exam conditions as the actual hsc to predict my atar??? if yes then these are my average raw marks of 2010 and 2011 hsc combined:

english advanced- 70/105

chemistry- 85/100

physics- 88/100

3 unit- 73/84

4 unit- 90/120

what is your school ranking?

From those marks, you would be looking at an atar of around 99 flat.

well, from those raw marks, if you have a look at this http://community.boredofstudies.org/showthread.php?t=275486 it will kinda help, but unless you have had the exams marked by a very good marker, or an HSC marker you can't tell.

Those marks would have aligned to approximately these HSC marks.
English - 85
Phys - 95
Chem - 93/94
MathX1 - 95/96
MathX2 - 93/94

Anyways, regardless of whether you have marked correctly or not, you have put yourself in a good position for a high atar as long as you do a bit better in english. If you score the average mark in all of these subjects it will result in a 88-90 atar, so its only up from there :)

Precisely this, it's probably worth noting that this is more than "99 flat", probably more around 99.30
