lol hmm well i was like wtf through out the whole question... i had nfi what to do oh well i answered most of it... dont think it was right but haha no more physics YAY!!!!

yeah that's exactly what i did. seeing as one star was four times the mass of the other, i just put the original equation down and let m2 = 4m1, therefore

m1 + m2 = m1 + 4m1
= 5m1

and divide the answer by 5.

im glad i got something right

Hmm... My teacher almost promised me there'd be a question on the life, evolution and/or death of stars! Strange indeed!

Astrophysics was a bit of a doosie! I found that some questions were asked in a rather awkward and unusual manner - although some was pretty straight forward.

i thought astro was better than the rest of the paper. Everyone in my class found the test hard. It was nothing close 2 past papers.
