When we got him as a teacher we were shocked that there was such a thing as maths assignments

Chemistry: Research about a mixture in the lithosphere. Is there anything BESIDES petroleum?

There are mixtures you can do. I would rather do mineral ores such as bauxite (aluminium), nickel ore or iron ore. They are quite common and more interesting than petroleum (I think).

Well, we got a Maths assignment back in Year 8 - which was discussing the history of statistics, and all the terminology and etymology of the statistical jargon. Needless to say, we all flunked -that- bit of the course. The teacher looked at our marks, shook his head, and just gave us a topic test on statistics the following lesson.

I just did a Legal assignment on sources of law, for international law.
