hey, just wondering if anyone knows any good links where i can find information in regards to an issue (either abortion, divorce or euthanasia) and the role it plays and the response of a religious tradition in regards to dat issue? thnx

You would just need to say how the religion (catholic denomination of christianity) has shaped Austalian society, either by views, laws or otherwise.

So you could bring in the recent RU-486 controversy and how it was outlawed due to catholic pressures in the mid 1990's when the law was passed.

for Catholic stuff (I wouldnt trust the suggested site above as its fundamental/very evangelical not Catholic and you asked for Catholic. Same principles yes, but you wont get the Catholic *specific* reasoning+resources ), try catholic.org.au and catholic.com


In a nutshell though, Catholic=a very big no to abortion due to the sanctity of life, not playing God etc etc etc
