This is my first assessment for year 12 so I don't want to screw it up, its worth 20% of my mark for the year!!!!

It is a research project on the browning of fruit and vegetables. The question is:

Design, carry out and report on an experiment that investigates the browning of a fruit ot a vegetable.

I just want your ideas on what the best way of completing this assessment would be. I was thinking of using apples????

Can i just ask, what dot point this is, i don't remember doing anything like this??

I don't no which dot point this is from, i can't find it is the syb and my my teacher doesn't say !!! so who knows????

The requirements are the basics that you have to do with all experiments (variables, controls, set work out as a scientific report) so there aren't any clues there!!!
