totally diggin’ her single ‘Pieces of Me’ and i can’t wait for her new album ‘Autobiography’ to come out. it hit the no.1 spot in the US and she’s really big over there at the moment. i downloaded a few songs just to get a taste of what it sounds like and it fuckin’ rocks. She is certainly different from her sister and her music is pop/rockish, edgier and full of teen angst. finally glad to see her coming out of her sister’s “Shadow”, which incidentally is her next single. so look out for it.

she is not a teenybopper. just because she's a teen and happens to sing you immediately label her as a teenybopper. she's actually trying to break away from that stereotype by dyeing her hair and her video clip is quite different. i feel sorry for her actually cos Jessica was always seen as the prettier one and got all the attention. i didn't realise Jessica had a sister until her single came out, but I always knew Britney had a sister cos she was always in mags. judging from the lyrics, it seems that she always wanted to be a singer when she was younger but she felt like she couldn't compete with Jessica. she was probably the black sheep of the family. i can relate cos I have a sis myself and i'm the black sheep. i also heard on the radio the other day that her father cried when he saw her perform cos he was so proud that she finally 'made it'. so lay off! let her finally live her dream.
