Hey, I want to go to Griffith, although its a second choice...UQ is my first but law needs a 97 UAI so that will be interesting...I wanna do commerce/law and live in QLD...all depends on how i go in HSC

It depends.

Griffith University is one of the largest universities in Australia with an international reputation, so yes it is good, but not the best.

It depends what you want to do with your career.

If you provide me with more information I will try and be a little more helpful and specific to your situation :).

I came to GU knowing hardly anything about it...but i reckon its a really good uni if you look at the things that count.

Yeah its not really big like a UQ or a syd or unsw and yes it does resemble tafe (although the gold coast campus is getting renovated and itll be massive by 09) but i think the teaching staff and resources are pretty damn good...like i get all my notes on a disc before the semester and the lecturers are really easy to make appointments with and stuff...i guess with a smaller uni or campus, youre always gonna get more help from the teaching staff
its also a pretty rich uni so the buildings are pretty new and nicely furnished

I also think GU rep is going up...when i first got in here last here, i had never even seen any advertising for Gu, but now im seeing a shitload of ads on tv for it, so it must be on the up

And a great point i guess is that its on the gold coast...good clubbing and good people
