At my school, there were 2 ATAR's in the 90's (mine the highest of the two) and then there was a massive drop off. The third highest ATAR was 79.

There were 37 pple in year 12.

That just shows u how shit my school was, but that it didnt stop me doin ok and bein able to get into B Biomed.


Question: does everyone in the world (except those who live in cessnock) call cessnock 'the nock' or 'necknock' ?

Im doin biomed.

After i finish it, im gonna look at workin in a pathology lab (most likely) or turn to HMRI.

Even if i do pathology, i still need to do something else, cos path lab workers dont earn that much.

I can do MBBS at sydney and become a doctor/pathologist

or i can do Master of Pharmacy at newcastle uni

or i can do the Master of Medical Science (Pathology) through distance at CSU after ive completed 2 years of path lab experience. That would help me become lab manager in the long run.

u could also do research, but i think pathology is more my cuppa tea.

trains dont come to cessnock - only coal trains.

Gotta use the car, probly will take at least an hour to get to uni on peak hour (hexham and the shortland roundabout prolly).

Im really greatful that on most days i dont start uni till 12 o clock, so i get to sleep in . U would be the same - but weve got some late nights (7 i think)

Wouldnt u have to change trains at wickham or something? (considering u said u went to ps at cooranbong).

Ive looked at the timetable and im pretty keen to get fridays off (i wanna work - whever i finally get a job). Im gonna apply at some places 2moro.

If i do have fridays off, do u think they will have printoffable lecture notes online, or will the lecture be podcasted?
