Anyone finding it hard to study for SC? (1 Viewer)

ATTENTION YR 10'S DOING THE SCHOOL CERTIFICATE THIS WEEK.
you guys seriously need to chillax... the SC has waaaaay too much hype put on it, the exams are so much easier than your trials will ever be. don't forget that the blokes who wrote these exams have to cater for the entire yr 10 cohort across NSW and are not going to write them for the top students. that is why they are so easy!
i am not even a great student and i didn't do much studying and still got BAND 6'S IN EVERYTHING! so stress less all you really need to know is the basic information from each subject and in the case of maths... you get a formula sheet!
(don't even bother wasting your time studying for English!)

wait till senior year... then you can stress!

Is anyone actually calm about the exams??

I have all my notes from trials and half yearlies, have condensed them and revised, done past papers, and am not freaking out. Why? because SC doesn't actually mean anything, but I still want to do well.

As everyone lese has said, it's only year 10, and if we're going to the senior years then its good preparation for exam style, study methods etc, but not really relevant at all...

lol guys chillax... did science sc last year (accelerated ftw) got bored of studying for trials so didnt do an ounce of study for the actual school certificate, and wound up with a cool 93%.... its all just interpretation of sources, you dont really need to know the content inside and out (but it helps )

why on earth would you pick legal over eco?--- if your smart enuff to become a lawyer,, eco actually helps better (from a friend who got 99.98 UAI). anyways, heard eco is also much more interesting than legal, expecially with recent global events... well GL everybody.. =D

Kinda off topic, but its impossible to get a UAI of 99.98, UAI is given in increments of .05

its the SC,
now,
if you are going on to persue a career that doesn't require a HSC, then you will be sweet whatever you get
no one will deny you a job as a carpenter if you don't understand the Petrov Affair,
so dw guys

and for those who are doing the HSC,
then dooo not worry about the SC,
it'll be sweet compared to the HSC

because i have incorparated studying with eating, watching Will and Grace, and posting new bullitens via myspace, and evidently this post, the evening prior to the English and Science SC's.
