There are many on this forum, you just need to look for them.

I think something that should be noted is that a state ranker offering tutoring is not necessarily better at teaching/explaining concepts than somebody who didn't achieve a state rank. It might just do you justice looking around, doing a few trials here and there, and choosing one that you think suits you best.
