I'm interested in both marketing and internetworking and applications. Does it even matter if they don't mix? I just wanna have the option to choose whatever field at the end of the degree.

Doesn't really matter if they mix or not. Just take into account that for example- if you are only interested in internetworking and applications at the end of it- you would have taken 1 extra year to get there (BScIT takes 3 years, rather than BBus/BScIT which takes 4 years).
