Actuarial @ ANU

I'm thinking of doing B Actuarial studies/law at ANU. Can anyone who is doing it or has done it give me some idea about this course (eg. teaching quality, recognition, career opportunities) any help will be greatly appreciated thanks

I knew about 5 guys that started the year doing B Actuarial studies and law, 3 of them either dropped law or actuarial studies. There are very few people that survives the 1st year. You gotta work like crazy to get decent marks. ANU law faculty has the tendency to mark people really low, and statistic aint no cakewalk.

Remember if you gonna be an actuary (why do a degree on actuairal studies if you arent gonna be one), you need min credit in all exemption courses. which adds to the already difficult course
