the 3.9mL/min is using the whole drink (375mL) as a beginning measurement. The measurement you've used is the alcohol/min measurement.

That's what I got.

Thought I was sorta outta it by then.

You use the annuties formula.

N=M [(1+r)^n-1]
r(1+r)

I think that's right.

Or close to it.
Yes that is correct.
It took me a few times to actually do that question, but i ended up proving it.

The first part of the cheese question, (what are the dimensions) i had no idea, i got 21 for the breadth and that was it.

Oh sweet. Me too. and I think - 40 for the length. and the height was 15 - cause the 15cm was the radius. I acutally worked it out and got 14 and added 1cm to allow for the curve. A bit dodgey - but it worked out!

I just used the simpson's formula - simplfied it by substituting the letters in and simplfying it.

I got: A=2 h/3 (4a+b)

It was the same on both sides so you only needed one formula and then double it.

Yep.
Then i said a=2 and worked it out as an equation.
b worked out to be 8

Oh. I get it now. Thanks.

And I wrote Tuesday too!

Didn't you have to add the 9h 8m to 10am? It would have still been Tuesday then.
