Another Minimising problem! (1 Viewer)

When I minimise two of the same programs (example. IE Browser) it automatically compacts it into one taskbar. How do I separate this? Thanks. :)

Right click on the taskbar -> Properties -> uncheck "Group similar taskbar buttons".
