What the hell is Eragon doing on that list? Above 1984 and Jane Eyre?? It's the worst fucking book of all time.

HP is better off number 1 than that 'twilight' series.

24. The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy. Should be higher, imo.

Has anyone read: The count of monte cristo - Alexandre Dumas?

Is it a book worth the read?

It's a fairly ugh list. The Catcher In The Rye should be way higher than #40, Harry Potter shouldn't be #1 even though I'm a fan, and 1984 should be in the top 5. Crazy shit.

I can't believe "A Child Called It" is actually on the list. It's an awful book!

Lord of the Rings should be first hands down. Brave New World should definitely be higher. So much crap on that list. Homer should be on it too.

Gulliver's travels should be there too.

Top 100 aren't my favs but I guess it's majority. The Other Queen was on the shelf but it wasn't in the list, which confuses me. It's supposed to be The Other Boleyn Girl. Personally, I agree with very few of the choices but I guess majority rules.

Don't you mean the 'mediocrity' rules?

Perfume is a brilliant book, but why so much god damn Bryce Courtenay? His writing gets boring after a while.
