anyone got any predictions for caesar/fall of the roman republic... im cooked asl
I’d say check up on second triumvirate, (of course basic senate stuff like populares and optimates that appear in any question), maybeeee Sulla, then basically all the other questions possible will fall under the whole 1st triumvirate and collapse of it (hopefully you know your stuff on that)… I mean surely they won’t do a Cicero, and hopefully no eastern settlement + mithridatic wars.

For Caesar they’ve hit that evaluation question EVERY SINGLE YEAR… so do that. Then maybe assassination (which is also a syllabus point in Fall of Republic) and personal relationships, possible question on a specific source too. Luckily most of the middle chunk of his syllabus is easy because it’s covered in the Fall of the Roman Republic. (Watch out for a Gallic War one btw)

Yeah but sadly they asked one on Pompey and Crassus last year which would’ve been peak. Just imagine: “to what extent did the senate cause the fall of the Roman republic”. Now that would make me start humping my desk. Or a question on Caesar lmao, that would be peak
