B.Psych guarantees you an honours
Any other degree (e.g. b.arts/b.sci) with a Psych major does not guarantee the honours year so you have to compete with others

Just want to clarify... mere entry into a B.Psych in no way 'guarantees' you a place in the honours program, you still have to keep up a high GPA and/or SNG; if you do not meet the grade requirements, you will not be admitted to honours (unless you have a very good reason for them to let you in anyway).

That's why you do 2 hours a day consistently. (that should be the least you should do imo)
