Truthfully honey, if you only talk to her on-line, I think its a pretty pointless exercise asking whether she likes you or not. If you dont have a relationship off the net, you dont know what a person is like in reality. I know a lot of people who I get on fine with on the net, but then have nothing to say to them off it.. its horrible and uncomfortable. Or, one time, I met up with a guy who I knew off the net who was really nice, but he was a complete prick in real-life. Either meet up with her and see how it goes (and if it goes well pursue it), but if you cant meet her ever, theres' seriously no point to a cyber-relationship.. its not going to get you anywhere. Get out there and meet some other nice people who you can interact with on a more social, stable, normal level.

C) Search first - this has been answered a thousand times over.
D) If the relationship is that under-developed, TAKE IT SLOW. One step at a time, you don't want to rush things. Be friends first and see where it goes, you don't want to rush in. You should at least get to know her first.
