i need 2 change my enrollment details 4 spring sem but it wont let me get into web enrollment

I think it was mentioned somewhere that you cant change your enrollment today?

"Enrolment on My Student Admin will be unavailable from 3:00pm, Tuesday 20th July in preparation for result release. Access to eRequest will also be turned off at this time. You will be able to enrol again through MSA and lodge eRequests from 8:00am on Thursday July 22nd. Please do not lodge Service Desk jobs requesting changes to your enrolment. Please be patient and wait until July 22nd to make any changes to your enrolment."
