Can someone please explain these terms to me, and the measures to take to improve on these things?

I remember it like this

Accuracy= Apparatus (use better apparatus like an electronic balance)
Reliability= Repeat (experiment should be repeated)
Validity= Verify (check with another source)

It's a good way to remember imo as the letters match up.
