hey guys, please help a girl out

i got an offer from Macquarie through leaders and achievers and have been trying to accepting it however I am unsure of what number to put for my onetime ID number. i tried to put my application number in and it didn't work. what number am i meant to use? please and thank you

Put the application number in the "What is your UAC number?" text box, along with your date of birth. Press retrieve and that will give you the onetime ID number.
