I currently do 12 units:
English Standard - currently 3rd out of around 50. Mid-high 80's
Modern - =1(will drop to 2nd after trials (which are taking place as we speak!!). Mid-High 80's.
Business Studies - 5th out of 34. Mid-High 80's.
Legal - 7th out of 16 (expected to jump up after trials). Low 80's.
History Ext - 1st out of 2 (yes we are a class of two people). I got 4 out of 5 for case study (is that good?) and I have just handed the project in (for the German historians it was on Sonderweg). I'm expecting an 'ok' mark, hopefully something 80+. My trials are next monday and are 5 marks out of the total 50 (the case project being a whopping 40 marks out of the 50).
SOR 1U - =2nd out of 40 or so students (probs a bit less). This will drop to =3rd or 4th after Trials. In the 90's. Expecting this mark to drop perhaps to high 80's.
and Geography... = 10/12. My worst subject. I hate it. I have my trial exam tomorrow... I'm sitting on 76.

So. Should I drop GEO and Keep SOR and History Ext. How hard will it to get Band 6 (Or just a good mark) for SOR?/ E4 (Highest band for History Ext) - I'm prepared to work hard. Also... An ATAR estimate would be great. Thoughts / comments would be much appreciated.
Note: I'm writing this BEFORE I get my trials back (stupid, I know but I really cbf studying for Geo). I feel I have done well in most of my trials, so there will probs not be any major changes.

Btw, I need an ATAR of 75 for teaching (easy, me thinks) at MacqU. I may go to Sydney but my Teacher says MacqU has a better history dept.
