umm let me think.. i think you can apply it to the custody of a child in divorces. it is termed as in the best interests of the child this may be having the child having an opinion to what is to happen to them.

umm...u can't exactly use the same word to describe what is being asked, so try something like 'ratification is where a country adopts an international treaty/convention into its own domestic law- making it applicable to all citizens within its jurisdiction.'

Blaue V. R.-(causation): Girl was stabbed & needed blood transfusion to stay alive. She refused due to religious reasons & died. Offender was charged with manslaughter. Was it the girl’s fault she died?

No it was the guy who stabbed her, it was his fault! If he hadnt stabbed there would be no need for a blood tranfusion and she would never have been in that situation. Therefore the offender had commited causation if that makes sense as he was the ultimate reason for the cause of the death! AND PEOPLE I THOUGHT THIS WAS LAW/SOCIETY NOT CRIME!
