A few questions - state ranks, the newspaper for band 6s and allrounders (1 Viewer)

Hey so I had a two questions about the HSC results:

1) when are state rankings announced
2) what newspaper has the honour roll that you can like buy in paper version that has all the b6s and like all rounders etc. in it

1. "The 2016 HSC merit lists will be published progressively on the BOSTES website from Wednesday 14 December:

First in Course – students who come first in a course (provided their result is also in the top band)
Top Achievers– students in the top places in each course (provided their result is also in the top band)
Distinguished Achievers – students who have received a top band result in one or more course
All-round Achievers – students who are Distinguished Achievers in courses totalling 10 or more units."

I have a quick question, could anyone tell me a site where it would contain the DA for subjects at a certain school for HSC 2016? Better Education does contain it but I don't think it'll be updated till later on, and I'm quite sure they get it from a Board of Studies site.

Can I get a state rank for history extension with an overall mark of 47/50?- both my exam mark and assessment mark were 47.

I don't think so, I got 49/50 and didn't state rank - and I'm not really too sure why. Oh well :)
